This patient had protruding ears bilaterally and desired improvement in the appearance of the ears of his ears by bringing the ears back. He also desired to have the ear lobes reduced in size. The patient underwent an Otoplasty to bring the ears back and then had a wedge excision of the ear lobe to reduce the size.
